The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services, including final design, public outreach, right of way acquisition/engineering and final construction documents for the Citrus Heights Auburn Boulevard Complete Streets Revitalization Project Phase 2.
Auburn Boulevard Complete Streets Revitalization Project Phase 2 (Project) is a Federal grant funded project. The Project will reconstruct 4,400 LF of this mid-century arterial corridor between Rusch Park (Citrus Heights) and Orlando Avenue (Roseville). The Project will construct new curb, gutter, sidewalk, bicycle lanes, curb ramps, decorative street lights, upgraded traffic signals, landscaped raised medians, drainage improvements and landscaping improvements. The Project also includes construction of a new gateway feature/traffic signal near the north city limit.
Interested parties can download the Request for Proposals (RFP) and the related documents below. Proposals shall be submitted in the manner specified in the RFP. Submittal deadline is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.

Consistent with the Cal Trans Annual Anticipated Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation Level (AADPL) for FFY 2020, the City has established an overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 19% for the Project.
Minority owned firms are invited to submit their qualifications independently or as a joint venture with other consultants for the entire assignment.
The City of Citrus Heights reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to accept any or all Proposals, as deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Citrus Heights.
There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference for this RFP. The pre-proposal conference will be held at 2:00 PM on November 7. 2019 at City of Citrus Heights City Hall, located at 6360 Fountain Square Drive, Citrus Heights, in the City Hall Community Room.
