    To report a lost or found pet please submit a LOST and FOUND Pet Form

    Before you call, please have with the following information ready:

    1. Your Name
    2. Your Phone Number
    3. Your address and major cross streets
    4. A Description of the animal - breed, size, color, markings and whether they were wearing a collar or are microchipped
    5. The date and time the animal was discovered either missing or found

    What To Do?
    Have the animal scanned for a microchip
    Notify your microchip company
    Post Flyers / Place a sign in your yard
    Put your animal's bed or litter box outside
    Post online - Craigslist, Facebook, NextDoor
    Check local shelters / Take the animal to the shelter that services the area where it was found

    Think Lost - Not Stray!

    Most dogs and cats have owners.  It is against the law to re-home, give away, or sell an animal before you have diligently searched for its owner for 30 days.  If you have found an animal and cannot hold it for 30 days please contact the local Animal Control Agency or take it to the proper shelter.
